For the design choice we tried to make a versatile set that works for rustic weddings in the countryside as well as for a boho inspired beach wedding. We have been wanting to do a collaboration together for quite some time now and the Wedding stories pack was a perfect opportunity for us to work on a custom content set together for the first time.

Some items share the same textures so make sure to have the packages finishing by “texture” in your mod folder :). You can find the items by searching for MCM or Pierisim in game. You will have 23 new items to play around with your living room, with matching wood tones and a new marble texture! This part may include some of my fav items I’ve made (especially the dinning chair haha) so I hope you gonna like this part and build with it!! It’s also has a sparks screen for the fireplace, but little thing about this, I didn’t find any way to remove the fact it can start fire, and I’m so so bad at changing tunning or I don’t know what coming too far into code, so be careful, as long as I playtested items it didn’t start any fire, but it still can be more dangerous than it should haha! The eyes are also available for Occult Sims (vampires, mermaids, etc.) and for Pets.Here comes to second part of the MCM House, the living room as you may have seen on the wip! On top of the 18 default replacement eyes for humans (in EA’s standard palette), the creator added 38 natural add-on swatches. I’m saying this because I need to set expectations with this one: squeamishsims’s Soft Eyes really are soft.Īll of the outlines and edges look like they’re just blurred and blended together, creating the illusion of a soft, seamless, feather-like look.īut don’t expect them to look exactly like the creator’s preview photos! For that you’ll need to download the same:Īll just to mimic the look in the previews.Īesthetics aside, this CC eye set also happens to be jam-packed with a lot of cosmetic goodies. So players who aren’t in the know (especially new players) will download a custom CAS item, expect it to look exactly like in the preview photos, and then feel summarily disappointed when expectations don’t meet reality. When CC creators showcase their content using a Sim, chances are that the Sim is already decked to the nines in other mods, default replacements, and miscellaneous custom cosmetic content. Oftentimes, the Sim used to model the item being marketed is not a vanilla, default Sim. 
So, here’s the thing with preview photos for CAS items like clothes, skin, hair, and (of course) eyes.
